What deposits & application fees are required?
A non-refundable admin fee of $200 is required per applicant, plus a $50 application fee to cover all processing. Total security deposit varies based on application & screening results, please see leasing office for details.
When Is My Rent Due?
The First month’s rent is due at move-in. First Month’s Rent is required to be paid by Cashier’s Check. No personal checks will be accepted for first month’s rent. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid as of the 5th day of each month a $75 late fee is charged. If a rent payment is returned for any reason, a $50 returned check fee is charged on top of the late fees.
How do I pay my rent?
There are several ways that you can pay your rent.
Pay with a personal check or cashier’s check.
Pay with a credit or debit card online through our online resident portal *This option does cost a small convenience fee.
Pay with a check online through our online resident portal. *This option does NOT cost a convenience fee.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are required to pay all utilities, including electric, water, sewer, trash, and they will be responsible for paying their portion of the utilities each month, in addition to their monthly rent.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required.
Who is my cable/ internet provider?
Comcast is the cable/internet provider.
Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?
Yes, each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer.
Is the community pet friendly?
We are a pet-friendly community. However, you are required to pay a non-refundable pet FEE of $400 and pet rent of $20 per month added to your monthly rent. There are pet restrictions that will apply, such as weight and breed restrictions. You are NOT allowed to bring a pet to visit. Please ask office for more details.
Am I allowed to add a roommate later?
Yes, you may add a roommate later upon application process and approval.
